Free device setup
When you buy Microsoft 365, Surface, or any other PC device that runs on Windows from the Microsoft Store, you can have a dedicated expert help you set up the device.
These 1:1 appointments will ensure that everything is set up and working exactly the way you want it to be.
Free online classes
Microsoft knows that some of its products can get a little complex, and so it offers free online classes for its customers.
The classes are varied, with both in-person events at the Sydney Microsoft Store in Pitt street mall, and virtual online classes.

Pay for your purchase the way you want to.
Microsoft supports all major credit cards, PayPal and both Zip Pay and Zip Money when purchasing through its online store.
60 day low price promise for Surface devices
If you purchase a Surface device from the Microsoft Store and the price for that item is reduced within 60 days of purchase, Microsoft will refund the difference to your account.
This means that you will always get the best possible price for your hardware within a two-month period.
For non-Surface devices, Microsoft offers a 30-day price promise, though exclusions do apply.
Free delivery
In Australia, Microsoft offers, free delivery for all products purchased through the Microsoft Store.
Delivery typically happens within 1–5 days, though outlying areas may take a little longer. Microsoft offers free tracking as part of its delivery promise.
Some suburbs can also enjoy next day delivery. Microsoft has a full rundown of postcodes eligible for next day delivery on its website.
Here’s a breakdown of estimated delivery times by region. Note that estimates are for orders placed before 10am (AEDT), and any items ordered after 10am should add another business day to the estimate.

It is also important to note that Microsoft does not ship to Parcel Lockers or addresses marked PO / PO Box / GPO Box / RMD (Roadside Mail Delivery) / RSD (Roadside Delivery).
Free returns
Microsoft offers a free 60-day return policy on certain hardware purchases. To access, customers simply need to sign in to their Microsoft order history page, then select the “Request return” option on their purchased device.
If there is no option to request a return, then your item may not be eligible for a return.
If it is eligible, Microsoft will offer on-screen instructions on how to get a prepaid shipping label for your device’s return, as well as next steps.
It is worth noting that any refunded amount will not include any original shipping and handling charges.
